Fraser brings to South Coast Property Specialists (SCPS) a strong corporate background that includes expertise in managing and leading sales teams in the IT sector, corporate relationship building and developing IT systems that upgrade business processes and improve business performance. After a significant career in senior roles with major IT companies focusing on selling technology solutions to government, he relocated to the south coast to take advantage of all the benefits of the region.
When his move provided an opportunity join SCPS and apply his sales, administration and management skills, Fraser enhanced his transition into real estate with relevant training. Since joining us in 2011 and quickly using his knowledge of technology to enhance our sales team’s administrative processes, keep systems and computers operating smoothly, and thinking laterally to suggest and manage change, our systems and team members have benefited significantly.
In addition to his wise oversight of all SCPS teams and using his corporate experience to keep our systems aligned with industry standards and compliant with legislative requirements, Fraser manages our change projects. These include keeping our information management systems efficient and secure, increasing our use of the web and cloud storage, and designing processes for new business functions. The values of these projects is significant in light of the bushfires last year and the more recent COVID-19 pandemic.
And while Fraser’s role with us means that he ‘wears many hats’ in the office, he has not looked back since joining SCPS while making the south coast his home, becoming part of the community and using his down time to access the scenic and other highlights of the South East.
